Josh’s passion for helping other investors and first-time homebuyers achieve their real estate goals stems from his own experience of buying his first property four years ago, where he learned the upmost importance of having a real estate expert guide you through the process. That is where it began, and every day forward he has striven to give his clients the same experience of respect, knowledge, and service he had then. Josh as lived all across the Capital Region, starting with growing up in Clifton Park, then graduating from Hudson Valley Community College in Troy, and lastly finishing his education at the University of Albany, giving him a thorough grasp of the surrounding communities. He frequently attends the area’s largest Real Estate Investors Meetups and First Time Homebuyer program seminars to give his clients the most well rounded and exceptional service he would expect for himself.
